Do you offer multi day booking?
We offer 1 day, multi day and multi week bookings. The longer you book, the more discount you get.
Can I cancel or modify my reservation?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up time without any additional fees. Please refer to our cancellation policy for more details.
Do I need to create an account to rent a trailer?
No, you can rent directly online. All forms are sent via email and SMS, so you can complete everything right from your phone.
How much does it cost to rent a trailer?
Every trailer shows its live daily rate and open dates on its own page. Multi-day and multi-week discounts apply automatically at booking.
Pickup & Delivery
What is the trailer pickup process?
Pick up at our Robinson lot between 8 AM to 5 PM. Bring a valid driver's license, proof of insurance, and a properly rated tow vehicle.
What locations have trailers available?
All trailers are stored in secure facilities at 4980 S Loop 340, Robinson, TX 76706.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available for up to 25 miles at a rate of $49 per mile.
Towing & Requirements
Will my vehicle be able to tow the trailer?
Most modern 1/4 ton trucks are capable of towing around 10,000 pounds and all of our units are under that weight. You have to factor in the weight of your load aside from the weight of the trailer and confirm the towing capacity for your truck. We can help you figure out exactly what you can tow when booking.
Is a special license required to tow a trailer?
No special licenses are required for personal use.
What are the age requirements for trailer rentals?
You must be at least 18 years old to rent a trailer.
Do I need insurance?
Yes, your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. You would need to confirm with them before taking delivery.

Is a damage waiver available?
Yes, optional damage waiver options may be available depending on the trailer type. Damage waiver coverage is not insurance, but it may help waive certain accidental damage charges, subject to coverage limits and exclusions.
Do trailers need to be returned clean?
Yes, trailers should be returned clean and free of debris. Cleaning fees may apply if the trailer is returned with mud, trash, concrete, roofing nails, hazardous materials, excessive dirt, or other debris. A quick return cleaning package may also be available.
What do I need to rent a trailer?
Renters must have a valid driver's license, valid auto insurance, and a properly rated tow vehicle. Customers may also be required to upload a photo ID, proof of insurance, and a photo of the towing setup before the rental is approved.
